In 1987, we began this journey with a single truck and a deep belief in hard work, integrity, and God. Today, Shri Dinesh Group stands as a diversified logistics and infrastructure powerhouse with a presence across transportation, warehousing, and heavy lifting — all built on the solid foundation of trust and discipline.
Our early growth was fueled by two unwavering principles:
- An uncompromising focus on customer satisfaction, and
- A spotless track record of zero defaults on EMI payments.
With the support of our valued financial partners — ICICI Bank, Sundaram Finance, and Thane Janta Sahakari Bank — we expanded to a fleet of 100 trucks within the first decade. Our client portfolio grew to include esteemed names like Reliance, Castrol, Henkel, and IG Petrochemicals.
We later diversified into warehousing, acquiring 21 acres of agricultural land and transforming it into a thriving logistics park in Bhiwandi — India's warehousing capital — now home to Grade A clients like Safexpress and BharatBenz.
In 2008, the second generation of the Joshi family entered the business, bringing in fresh ideas, global education, and a long-term vision. We imported our first brand-new crane from Germany, establishing a bold precedent in an unorganised industry dominated by second-hand equipment. Staying true to our values, we committed to sourcing only brand-new cranes directly from OEMs. Today, our crane rental division proudly operates 110 cranes — all acquired and managed by our next generation, graduates of premier institutions like IIT Kharagpur, the University of Westminster, and King's College London.
